We stand firmly behind the quality of our engineering. Every FlowBiz product is backed by our standard industrial warranty:
- Coverage Period:18 months from the date of dispatch or 12 months from the date of installation (whichever occurs first).
- Repair & Replacement: Should a product be found defective within the warranty period, it is returned to the FlowBiz Plant for expert repair or complete replacement.
- Global On-Site Assistance: For specialized services or exceptional cases, we provide on-site assistance globally. We can depute our senior service engineers to your location on a priority basis to ensure your operations remain uninterrupted.
