- Integrally Moulded Seat Liner: Our body seat liners are integrally moulded to provide outstanding dimensional stability and guaranteed seat tightness throughout the valve's life.
- Self-Gasketing Design: FlowBiz engineers have extended the seat liner to the flanged contact faces. This innovative design eliminates the need for separate flange gaskets and ensures a perfect, primary seal.
- Narrow Land Disc Technology: Our specialized disc design ensures a bubble-tight seal while requiring significantly lower operating torque.
- Universal Body Design: The body is engineered to be fully universal, allowing for seamless fitting between companion flanges of all major international standards, including ANSI, BS, DIN, JIS, and IS.
- Precision Locking Mechanism: The hand lever features a notched disc and band system that allows for locking in 8 intermediate positions. For added security, the lever can be secured with a padlock.
